As a Producer you will work with internal production teams (3D, animation, or motion graphics and editing), internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production and clear communication. You will take full ownership of the projects (estimation, planning, briefing, quality control, etc.) to make sure that whatever we produce is of the highest quality possible and delivered on time to our clients. You should have knowledge in 3D or Motion Graphics. But don‘t worry if you don‘t, we appreciate people who are enthusiastic about learning new things.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with a curious mindset, a strong ability to learn, and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will be working together with talented and fun Artists and Producers in 3D & Motion Department to produce outstanding marketing materials for world-wide known brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work together with 3D artists, Motion graphic artists, and Video editors to organize and facilitate work processes in order to create great animations, videos, and CGI renders.

• Take full ownership of projects and flag potential issues on time to the line manager.

• Plan, schedule, allocate resources, and track production to ensure no delay at any stage.

• Quality Control of deliverables to ensure the highest standard in accordance to client’s guidelines and briefs.

• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

• Communicate to clients across different time zones.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken and written English. Any additional language is an asset

• Minimum 3 years experience as a producer or similar role, ideally in the field of 3D production, film production, or wider creative field.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• A good eye for detail

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Outstanding communication skills

• Can work dynamically both independently and in team

• Curious mindset. Willingness and ability to learn

• Client-oriented

• Natural problem solver, multi-tasker. Able to prioritize tasks

• Well organized and accurate. Adaptable, flexible, and proactive

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Good knowledge of Project Management tools

• Good understanding of motion graphics and/or 3D production and lingo
