As a Senior Unreal Asset Artist, you will own the creation, optimization, and photorealistic surfacing of 3D assets in Unreal Engine 5, delivering assets for still images, cinematic videos, turntables, and animations for marketing and brand campaigns. Your focus is on achieving offline-quality renders with realism, material fidelity and product accuracy.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a curious mindset, exceptional eye for detail, and proven senior-level expertise in UE5 asset pipelines. You will collaborate closely with Technical Artists, Lighting/Lookdev Artists, Developers, and Producers in our growing Unreal team to elevate visual quality and support scalable production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Model/clean-up/UV/retopologize product assets for UE5, ensuring quality for high-resolution rendering.
Create and refine textures and materials in UE5 to achieve photorealistic results that match client material and product references.
Import and integrate assets from external sources (mostly CAD files, scans, high-poly models) in Unreal 5 while maintaining technical product accuracy.
Mentor junior and mid-level artists, sharing best practices in UE5 asset creation, photoreal surfacing and optimization for renders.
Collaborate with Rigging, Lighting and Technical Artists, to ensure assets are suitable for rigging, animation and rendering pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of professional experience in high-end 3D asset creation, with 3+ years focused in UE for product visualization.
Expert proficiency in UE5 asset and rendering workflows, including Nanite, virtual texturing, material systems (master materials, instances, layered materials), Path Tracer/Lumen for high-fidelity outputs, and Movie Render Queue for production-quality images/sequences.
Strong 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, and hard-surface skills using Maya, Blender, 3ds Max or equivalent.
Expertise in texturing and material authoring using tools such as Substance Painter/Designer, Quixel Mixer/Bridge integration or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot asset related animation and rendering issues in UE5
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic product assets and final renders in Unreal Engine 5 (focus on modeling, surfacing, materials, lookdev, still images, turntables, cinematic videos, or animations preferred; include breakdowns of asset-to-render process where possible).

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with CAD/Datasmith imports and UE5 pipelines for CAD data.
Knowledge of ACES/OCIO color management workflows for color accurate and consistent final outputs.
Familiarity with USD workflows and collaborative tools (Perforce) for versioned asset delivery.
